Want to join Lowell's Dragon Boat Team?

E-mail Ms. Choi with your full name, registry, phone number, and e-mail.

You must be a student of Lowell High School, San Francisco, CA in order to join.

Site is back! =]
Hi!

Sorry about that. Things got deleted. Things got recoded. Not much of a change, sorry! It was hard enough getting the site back up.

Anyways...everyone go to practice and do well! Welcome to all new and old.

Here is the team pic. Currently only in 1000x460. Sorry to Debra, I will get to fixing you soon.

And..I first took a picture of this decal in Vancouver. I finally got around to making it look good. The guys will find it funny, I'm assuming.

Easter Egg!

If you picture is missing, it is because I don't have it. =] If you want it up, you should do something about it (like..tell me during practice). But if you like the crappy cartoon picture I made in MS Paint, all the power to ya!

Things are still missing...but I'll get on that soon. Thanks for being patient.

DB for November
If you'd like to volunteer to help out for the CDBA College Races, e-mail Marshall at happycow85@hotmail.com and tell him if you want the 7-12 shift or 12-5 shift. Show the community that LowellDB likes to help out. =] The college races will be at Lake Merced on November 11, 2006.

Also, don't forget about our team dinner. Check your evites for details. Don't forget to give Ms. Choi $4.

LowellDB 2nd Annual Paddle-a-thon kicks off on November 25 from 5AM to 5PM. We have to make tons of money here so we can go to Vancouver in the summer. Make sure you pick up a sponsor sheet from Ms. Choi at her counseling office, and badger your friends! Remember, not only will getting sponsorships make us money for our big events but also increase awareness of dragon boating in Lowell.

The biggest thing to attempt is to get the money from sponsors early or right when they sign up!

All is well...look out for conditioning sessions with Alex Louie?
Otherwise, go to the gym and/or run the lake! Everyone is doing it!
In general, think like you wanna make a massive, gigantic comeback in Spring. Work hard! =D

Good luck at T.I. Lowell!
I wish you guys the best of luck. I won't be out there on Sunday to support you guys, but I'm sure every one of you guys will do great. Keep focusing on the next stroke and make each stroke progressively stronger. I know in the beginning of season there was a lot of doubt in your minds. But as the season progressed, you guys were able to slowly wipe out that thought. This is your year, this is your time, this is your race. Show them what your made of, give them all you got, but most importantly, have no regrets at the end of the day.

"Do you best, no regrets!"

Pick up your paddles, Vancouver ppl
If you went to Vancouver and have still not taken your paddles from Marshall's paddle bags, please do so as soon as possible. It's not fair he has to hold these paddles all summer.

You can pick them up during conditioning times on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4PM. If you can't get them, get a friend to go get it.

And please make sure you answer the evite for the team bonfire on Friday, the 21st. See ya there!
